Case Study 25: Redress and civil litigation March 2015 Sydney

The Royal Commission is holding a public hearing in Sydney commencing Wednesday 25 March 2015 at 10:00am.

The purpose of the public hearing is to:

Enable invited persons and institutions to: speak to their written submissions to the Royal Commission’s Consultation Paper on Redress and Civil Litigation and/or otherwise comment on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper, and respond to questions asked by the Royal Commission.
